Hind Plus Elevator designs, manufactures, and installs a wide range of elevators, doors, and lift-related systems. Product Display & Customization
Product descriptions, finishes, and colors shown on the website are representational. Customizations are available based on building type, shaft dimensions, and user preference. Final pricing and specifications are confirmed only after a technical site survey and official quotation approval.
Quotation & Payment Terms
Adding a product to the cart and submitting details does not confirm an order — it initiates a quotation process. The official quotation, once approved by both parties, will define final pricing, taxes, delivery time, and payment stages. All payments are to be made through authorized Hind Plus Elevator channels only. Delayed or incomplete payments may affect delivery or installation timelines.
Delivery & Installation
Estimated delivery and installation timelines are provided at the time of quotation. Site readiness (civil work, electrical connection, pit, etc.) must be ensured by the client before installation begins. Any delay caused due to site conditions or third-party interference will extend the installation schedule.
Warranty & Maintenance
Hind Plus Elevator provides a standard 12-month warranty from the date of installation on manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling, electrical issues, fire, flood, or unauthorized modifications. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) can be availed post-warranty for continued support and safety checks.
Cancellation & Refund
Orders once confirmed and under manufacturing cannot be cancelled. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to deduction for design, labor, and procurement costs. In case of project cancellation by the client, Hind Plus Elevator reserves the right to retain an appropriate portion of the payment.
Limitation of Liability
Hind Plus Elevator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use, delay, or inability to use products. Liability shall be limited strictly to the value of the product/service as per the approved quotation.
Intellectual Property
All website content, product images, text, graphics, and logos are the exclusive property of Hind Plus Elevator. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
Modification of Terms
